The low maintenance winner!In our rainy west coast climate composite deck boards require the least amount of care and maintenance after installation. That’s why we have install hundreds of composite decks in the Lower Mainland. The reason is simple. Composite decks are generally made from a mixture of hardwood fibres and are up to 95% recycled plastics. This makes the prefabricated boards non-porous and their formula contains mould-inhibitors that prevent algae growth. Washing your deck with a light bleach solution, or deck cleaner is sufficient to remove any green staining that has built up over the winter. Red wine, grease and other household spills will not damage the finish of the deck, or leave a permanent stain. So, your deck always looks great with composite decking. Composite decks come in a wide range of colours and some distinct brands.
